DISNEY ON ICE COLORING CONTEST

No purchase necessary to enter or win.  Void where prohibited.

ENTRY PROCEDURE. To enter, the parent or legal guardian of a child 12 years of age or under must send the completed entry form along with the child's drawing, to: The Augusta Chronicle ("Sponsor") at 725 Broad Street, Augusta, GA 30903.   Entries must be received by Wednesday, November 2, 2011 ("Contest Closing") to be eligible for the drawing.  One entry per entrant, per envelope, per day.  Photocopies and other reproductions will not be accepted. 

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS.  Contest is open only to residents of Augusta, GA who are 18 or older and are the parents or legal guardians of a child who is 12 years of age or younger as of date of entry, excluding relatives of directors, officers and employees (and those with whom they are domiciled) of the Sponsor or Ringling Bros. - Barnum & Bailey Combined Shows, Inc. dba Disney On Ice ("DOI") and their respective advertising and promotional agencies.

PROCEDURE FOR AWARDING PRIZES.  The winner will be chosen randomly on Thursday, November 3, 2011 from all eligible entries received by U.S. Mail prior to Contest Closing.  Odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received by Contest Closing.  The winner will be notified by phone by 5:00pm ET on Wednesday, November 9, 2011. Winner and guests will be required to sign a standard liability/publicity release form confirming compliance with these rules and releasing the Sponsor, DOI, Buena Vista Theatrical Group Ltd. and their respective advertising and promotional agencies and their respective related and affiliated companies and the directors, officers and employees of each of them (collectively, "Releasees") from any damage or loss that may result from entering this contest or accepting and/or utilizing any Contest prize.  If completed release form is not timely returned or is returned incomplete, winner will be automatically disqualified and another winner drawn at random from all remaining eligible entries.

PRIZES.  Four complimentary passes good for one top-priced (excluding Rinkside and VIP), reserved seat, redeemable for any performance of Disney On Ice Celebrates 100 Years of Magic, playing James Brown Arena November 17-20, 2011. Approximate Retail Value of prize is $100. Winner is solely responsible for taxes and expenses related to the prize not specified herein.  Prizes will be awarded within approximately 60 days after selection of winner.  Prizes not transferable, except to surviving spouse residing in same household.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes with prizes of equal or greater value, if advertised prize becomes unavailable. No other substitutions will be permitted.  If due to printing or other error more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded for any prize level, the correct number of prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified and validated prize claims received for that prize level. Prizes shall be accepted "as is" and may not be exchanged for an amount of money, nor sold nor transferred.  Refusal to accept any prize releases Releasees of all further obligations or liabilities.

GENERAL CONDITIONS.  Sponsor and DOI will own all submissions to the Contest and all entrants waive, without compensation, all proprietary and moral rights and any other rights to all materials relating to their participation in the Contest. Winner and guests agree to have their names, photographs and/or their voices used for advertising purposes related directly or indirectly to the Contest, without compensation. Entries subject to verification and will be declared invalid if illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way. Releasees shall assume no liability resulting from losses, delays, typographical errors, losses of mail or any other mistake relating to Contest. Sponsor and DOI reserve the exclusive right to interpret all conditions relating to Contest, and their decisions are final and binding on all matters relating thereto. Sponsor and DOI reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual that cannot be contacted, or that either finds to be i) acting in violation of these Rules; ii) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; iii) acting with the intent to threaten, annoy, abuse or harass any person or to disparage any goods or services of Sponsor or DOI or to erode the goodwill of Sponsor or DOI; or iv) exhibiting conduct that Sponsor or DOI finds inappropriate, immoral or otherwise objectionable.
