COVID-19 UPDATE [June 22, 2020]
The Augusta Entertainment Complex [James Brown Arena and Bell Auditorium] is aware of the concerns surrounding the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) in Georgia. The safety and well-being of our staff, guests and performers is of highest importance, so we are working closely with artists scheduled to perform at the Augusta Entertainment Complex to discuss postponement of shows. Currently, the following show(s) have been postponed. While dates might not be finalized, your event ticket will be good for the rescheduled date. Please check back here for updates on upcoming events.
If you are unable to make the new date and purchased tickets online or over the phone, refund requests may be made by calling 877-428-4849.
The box office is currently closed. If you purchased tickets in person and are unable to make the new date, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of the event in the subject line, and include your full name, contact phone number, event attending, seat location, and method of payment (Cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If you are a Broadway in Augusta Season Subscriber and would like to request a refund, please call 888.706.2929.
*If you purchased tickets with a credit card, your card will be automatically refunded. Please note it may take up to 10 business days to receive. If you purchased tickets with cash in person at The SRP Box Office at James Brown Arena, a check refund will be mailed to you. You will be contacted for your mailing address. **Refunds for Cody Jinks will be honored until June 30, 2020.
