Tickets can be purchased at the SRP Box Office or online at Ticketmaster.com

Method of Payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cash

No Refunds or Exchanges are issued after purchase.

• Only one customer is to be at each open box office window at a time
• Only one transaction per customer is permitted
• Use of cell phones at the box office window is prohibited
• You must have your form of payment in hand before approaching the box office window
• If you are using a credit card, it must be your own. You must also show a valid form of photo ID at the box office window when paying with a credit card.

On an event by event basis, during high volume on sales, we ask that you form a single file line against the black railing, near the flag poles in front of the James Brown Arena. Staff will be available to assist with customers once tickets go on sale.
